CrewMedi understands that airline crew schedules and medical circumstances can be unpredictable. Our refund policy balances fair business practices with the unique needs of aviation professionals while complying with Korean consumer protection laws.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy
The following refund rates apply to voluntary cancellations without qualifying special circumstances:

Medical Contraindications (90-100% Refund)

- • Unexpected medical complications arise before treatment
- • Required medical clearance cannot be obtained

Healthcare Provider Changes (100% Refund)
- • Scheduled medical professional becomes unavailable
- • Hospital/clinic cancels or reschedules appointment
- • Medical equipment malfunction prevents treatment
- • Facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances
Non-Refundable Medical Situations
- • Dissatisfaction with medical results or outcomes
- • Change of mind after treatment has begun
- • Non-compliance with pre-treatment instructions
- • Failure to attend required consultations
4. Aviation Professional Special Circumstances
Flight Schedule Changes (90-100% Refund)
- • Airline schedule changes with less than 48 hours notice
- • Emergency flight assignments or crew scheduling conflicts
- • Mandatory crew rest period extensions
- • Base transfer or route reassignments

Aviation Medical Requirements (90% Refund)
- • Aviation medical examiner deems treatment incompatible with flight duties
- • Airline medical department advises against procedure
- • Treatment timing conflicts with required medical certificates
- • Recovery period exceeds allowed medical leave

Quarantine & Health Restrictions (100% Refund)
- • Government-mandated quarantine or isolation requirements
- • COVID-19 or other infectious disease positive test results
- • Health authority travel restrictions
