1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CrewMedi's medical tourism platform ("Service"), operated by Global Travel & Business Co., Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
Our Services Include:
- Medical appointment coordination and booking
- Travel arrangement assistance for medical purposes
- Accommodation booking near healthcare facilities
- Translation and interpretation services
- Airport transfer coordination
- 24/7 customer support during your stay
Important Limitation
CrewMedi acts as an intermediary service provider. We do not provide direct medical services. All medical treatments are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and facilities in South Korea.
3. Eligibility Requirements
- Primary Users: Active airline crew members (pilots, flight attendants, ground crew)
- Family Members: Immediate family members of eligible airline personnel
- Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent
- Valid Documentation: Must possess valid passport and required visas for South Korea entry
- Employment Verification: Proof of current employment with a recognized airline company
4. Medical Service Disclaimers
Medical Responsibility
All medical decisions, treatments, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the healthcare providers and patients. CrewMedi does not guarantee medical results or treatment success.
- We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice
- Medical suitability for travel and treatment must be confirmed by qualified physicians
- Emergency medical situations should be directed to local emergency services
- Pre-existing conditions and medical history must be fully disclosed
- Follow-up care after return to home country is the patient's responsibility
5. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process:
- Initial consultation and medical history review
- Service quotation and timeline confirmation
- Deposit payment to secure booking
- Final confirmation 48-72 hours before travel
Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
- Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival
- All payments in USD or KRW as specified in quotation
- Additional costs (medication, extended stays) paid directly to providers
6. International Travel Requirements
Client Responsibilities:
- Obtain necessary visas and travel documents
- Comply with South Korean immigration and health requirements
- Purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance
- Declare all medications at customs
- Follow all local laws and regulations during stay
7. Privacy and Medical Information
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CrewMedi services, you specifically consent to:
- Collection and processing of medical information necessary for service provision
- Sharing of relevant medical information with healthcare providers
- International transfer of data between your home country and South Korea
- Use of information for service coordination and quality improvement
8. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Respect healthcare providers, staff, and other patients
- Maintain confidentiality of other patients' information
- Report any adverse events or concerns immediately
- Use services only for legitimate medical purposes
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, treatment protocols, and educational materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission
- Copy or share proprietary medical information or protocols
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
10. Limitation of Liability
Important Liability Limits
CrewMedi's liability is limited to the cost of services paid. We are not liable for medical outcomes, travel delays, or indirect damages.
- Services provided "as is" without medical outcome guarantees
- No liability for actions of third-party healthcare providers
- No responsibility for travel disruptions beyond our control
- Maximum liability limited to amounts paid for services
11. Insurance Requirements
Mandatory Insurance
All clients must maintain comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering international medical treatments.
Insurance should cover: emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, and personal liability.
12. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process:
- Initial complaint to customer service within 30 days
- Internal review and mediation attempt
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
- Final legal action in Seoul, South Korea courts if necessary
13. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify services, pricing, or terms with 30 days notice
- Terminate services for breach of terms or inappropriate conduct
- Suspend services due to force majeure events
- Update medical protocols based on new regulations
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country provide otherwise.
For EU residents: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
